1. AT WHAT TIME MUST WE BOARD AND DEBARK? HOW FLEXIBLE IS YOUR COMPANY ON THAT QUESTION?

The standard embark time is Saturday 5 pm, and disembark is Saturday morning (9 am at the latest). In the low season, spring and autumn time, it is possible to charter a yacht for more or less than a week, when we have more available yachts so it is easier to meet your requests.

2. WHAT DOES CHARTER PRICE INCLUDE?

Charter price in our agency includes renting our yacht for agreed amount of days. The price includes all facilities that are located on a yacht such as: autopilot, GPS chart plotter, depth and wind speed indicator, electric winch, VHF station, heating system, the power supply of 220V and battery charger, radio, MP3 or CD player, speakers in saloon and cockpit, hot water supply, bed linen, kitchen pottery and obligatory crew members (if any) . Additional items such as final cleaning/transit log, outboard motor, fuel, marina fees and hiring a skipper are to be paid later in the base.

3. WHAT IS APA?

Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a fund in the amount of 30% of the rental price to cover the cost of preparing the yacht, Croatian tourist tax, fully supplied ship; port, berth and other legal fees, diesel and fuel expenses, crew gratuities, and depending on customers specific requirements for service, route, food, drinks and other consumption will be recorded by the captain and at the end of the charter our agency will return the remaining amount, or you will be required to pay the difference if additional operating costs occur. It is applicable only when chartering crewed yacht.

4. WHAT IS CROATIAN TOURIST TAX?

Tourist tax is a special tax paid by every tourist who achieves overnight stay in an accommodation facility in Croatia. The tax is paid in the amount of 7 kuna (approx. 1 Euro) per person before boarding the ship. Children under 12 and people with disabilities are exempt from paying the tax, while minors between 12 and 18 years pay 50% of the full amount.

5. WHEN AND HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT FOR THE CHARTER?

Payment of 50% of the total price should be paid on our bank account until the offer is valid (which is usually 2- 3 days). Please be kind and send us the copy of payment by fax or email - when we receive your down payment we will immediately send you confirmation of payment via e-mail. The balance payment needs to be done at latest 6 weeks before the charter starting date.

Credit cards: Visa / Amex / Dinners

If you decide for off-line payment by credit card, you must complete the authorization form that we will send to you, and then send it back to us to fax number: +38521474409 or our email address.

Entered data associated with your credit card authorizes the agency, in accordance with the agreed, to charge the value of your reservation. Credit card will be charged for the amount expressed in money equivalent, calculated at the medium exchange rate of HNB at the date of payment. When paying with credit card, you will be notified in case of any changes in offered discounts.

6. WHAT IS NECESSARY TO BRING WITH YOU ON THE BOAT?

Our advice is to take your identification documents, all the paperwork necessary (skipper license) if you took a bareboat charter, versatile clothing in case of bad weather and, of course, personal hygiene items. Everything else you need you should find on board.

7. DO YOU HAVE ORGANIZED TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE BASE?

Yes, our agency provides a transfer service from the airport to the base.
